  Generate and print your prepaid UPS return shipping label directly from the portal; a small shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

  Pack Your Items

  Place your items and the packing slip into the original shipping bag or a secure box, ensuring all original tags are still attached.

  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking number to monitor your refund status as it is processed.
